Exchange & Return Order

You have a legal cooling-off period of 14 days to change your mind about your online purchase. This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. In case of an exchange if you made a mistake in size or model, you can return your item within 14 days after receipt of the item. It must be unused and returned in its original packaging in order to be accepted. A new shipment will then be sent to you free of charge.
